Sambal Udang Tomato (Prawns in Tomato and Chili Sauce)


Sambal Udang Tomato - a typical Malay dish that every Malay kid grows up with. It is made of blended chilies, belacan, onion, garlic and tomato sauce. Some sliced sweet onion can also be added to the end product for texture. This can either be cooked with prawns or panfried chicken. Deliciously spicy with a sweet and tangy aftertaste.
