Vietnamese salt and pepper prawns


This is Vietnamese salt and pepper prawns - deep fried flour coated prawns, stirfried with finely chopped garlic and spring onion and flavored with salt, sugar, pepper and Chinese five spice powder. Delicious and so easy to cook. It was so crunchy that one can eat the whole prawn without de-shelling.
